Woodworx was founded in 1996 by craftsman David A. Doyle. David has over 15 years of woodworking experience. In addition to his experience, he has a B.S.in Civil Engineering, a Minor in Architecture and has been educated in Historic Preservation.

This combination of higher education adds to the greater understanding of the construction of heirloom quality furniture and cabinetry. Meticulous in design, whether furniture or cabinetry, each is individually built to bring out the best in your home .

Your original piece can be designed to match existing styles, colors, or pieces in your home, or be a totally new design or concept. Traditional joinery is used on many of the pieces designed by Woodworx. Beautiful finishes are applied with extreme care to each piece of furniture or cabinetry to give it the unmistakable presence and feel of the finest furniture available.

Woodworx does not mass produce pieces to sell from a catalog. The belief is that each piece should be designed and built to reflect your desire for something unique and different.
